1. Do you deliver?
We offer white-glove delivery in Maryland. Once you are at checkout you will be asked to enter your address, if your address is within our delivery area it will give you the option to select delivery! Just enter your address to find out! We offer in-store pick up as well.
2. I see the services provided on the homepage, but no prices listed?
Delivery is a flat $75 dollars per order. However the other services we offer such as moving and removal are not a flat rate, so no prices are listed. We would not charge the same amount to move one couch as we would to move an entire home. to solve this problem contact us directly and we can give you a estimate over the phone, then come out directly and give you a quote!
3. I see removal in the store I thought I needed to contact you for this service?
we offer furniture removal, which you must contact us to get a quote. However we also offer removal of old furniture when you buy. These two services are separate. So what does this mean? That means if you buy a living room set but, need the old living room set removed. You can add “furniture removal with the purchase of new furniture” to your cart and we will remove the old set before bringing the new one in.
4. I entered my address and it doesn’t give me the option of delivery what can I do?
Unfortunately this means we do not deliver to your area currently. However all hope is not lost if you love the item and want it. We strongly recommend contacting us directly. we have delivered as far as Florida before, and we might be able to ship it to you!
5. Do you buy furniture?
We do buy furniture. the best way to go about this is to contact us directly via phone or email. By phone: we recommend you send pictures of said items first and then give us a call. By email: we recommend you send picture first through email and include a phone number so we can contact you back and speak directly.
